SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The C2A1 Sight Unit is an optical sight used to lay mortars or machine guns operating in the indirect or direct role and provides mortar and machine gun units with unequaled quality and accuracy. The C2A1 Sight Unit is operationally proven and is in service worldwide. The sight is also used with recoilless rifles in the indirect role.
The C2A1 Sight Unit and accessories are contained within a synthetic transit case. Mounted in the lid and base of the case are foam inserts, housing the required accessories. In this configuration the system is called the Sight Unit C2A2 Cased.
